Three tastings is the ideal rhythm for small to large groups — enough to explore the valley's range without overdoing it. You can add a fourth or fifth stop, but more than three often means more wine than most guests can comfortably enjoy. We'll always pace the pours and build in lunch and water.

The valley runs roughly east–west. Rancho California Road is the main artery with the largest estates; Calle Contento and Anza run just off it; the De Portola Wine Trail is a separate ridge to the south-east; Old Town tasting rooms sit down near the freeway. Picking three stops from one colour keeps drive times short and leaves more time in the glass. Distances shown are straight-line between stops, so real driving will be a little longer.

Transportation home from Canaan's Calle Medusa home is the sole responsibility of guests and must be organized in advance. Please have your ride home confirmed before the day of the experience — a designated driver, rideshare, or a pre-booked car. The curated tour ends back at the house.
